Welcome to HNIT!

HNIT (Hunan Institute of Technology) was founded in 1975. It is a full-time, applied science public university with undergraduate programs on offer .

Since its foundation the Institute has been devoted to living up to its motto , “Be Industrious, Realistic, Harmonious, and Excellent” . In the spirit of “Unselfish Dedication, Enterprising Wisdom in Harmony , Pursuit of Excellence”, HNIT sticks to the education model of understanding the basics, refining specialties, and honoring concrete practice while striving to instill global vision and practical skills in competent graduates . We are committed to this historic mission and determined that HNIT will continue this endeavour to be the future “Cradle of Engineers”.

We highly value the communication and cooperation with overseas universities and research institutes and we are looking forward to, and would be grateful for, exploring more opportunities in future.
